Where it really is all about the client.
About Sarah Williams
WHY WE DO IT
We have personal and professional experience working with all sorts of families. Every client deserves respect and dignity when handling personal matters. With personal knowledge of difficulties that can arise in a blended family, we know the uncomfortable issues our clients face in making tough decisions. If your concerns involve who will care for your children and parents or making certain your last wishes are realized, we will help you do so with gravity and deference.
Customer service is not a fairy tale. More than a decade of experience providing customer service has taught us that it really is all about the client. Clients are why we do what we do. Whatever you need, we are here to help you and do it with a positive attitude. All calls will be returned within 24 hours. Even if it's the weekend, holiday or vacation, we are here to serve you. It's a bit non-traditional, but we prefer house calls. We are glad to meet clients at the office but we will also come to you, your home, your office or your favorite coffee shop. And, the coffee is on us. Client comfort and convenience are our top priorities.
With 25 years of legal experience, we know the importance of bringing order to chaos. The bonus is that we actually enjoy it. Whether organizing paper documents, sorting through digital files or researching complicated issues, we find answers and summarize complex information.
Our diverse professional experience in the legal, non-profit and recruiting industries help us quickly assess problems and determine strategy required for resolution, especially when unconventional approaches are needed.
WHAT WE DO:
Family matters can be quite complicated in today's world. Whether you need assistance with adoption, divorce, custody modification, child support or something in between, we are dedicated to getting the best results for our clients. We will take the extra time needed to understand your situation. Clients are the center of our practice, not just a case number.
Even if you are not a millionaire, it's imperative to let your friends and family know your wishes. In addition, you need to protect the people that matter to you most. Whether your situation involves a blended family, charitable giving, a special needs child or adult, we provide the respect and dignity required to assist you in safeguarding what you hold dearest.
Regardless of how much money or property you have, everyone needs to plan on how to handle healthcare, finances and comfort as they age. Our goal is to recognize where the client is and create a plan to address the concerns for age related needs now and in the future. The goal is to prepare before a crisis but we will step-in whenever a client needs us. Our support goes beyond just drafting documents. We will help you find options and answers.
